MJ HAIR CO Policies.

I have nothing but love for you all.
But, time is money and in order to provide the best experience for both you and I,
the policies below are needed, and in scheduling your appointment you are
stating your agreement to these policies.

  • Holding Appointments.

    When going through the MJ HAIR CO booking process, if we recieve no reply in response to an appointment option given within 72 hours, that said appointment option will be offered up to other clients.

  • Cancellations // Rescheduling.

    If an appointment is cancelled 24-48hrs prior to your appointment, grace is given for first-time cancellations. Card payment form is required for new appointments after first cancellation. After first-time cancellation, 100% of the services requested will be charged. The same applies for no-show’s.

    If an appointment is rescheduled 24-48hrs prior to your appointment, grace is given for first-time rescheduling. Card payment form is required for new appointments after first reschedule. After first-time reschedule, 50% of the services requested will be charged. The same applies for no-show’s.

  • Late.

    If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, items within your service are liable to change while keeping the previously quoted price.
